1. We provide full-process services such as engineering design, equipment supervision, inspection, civil engineering, installation, commissioning, acceptance, performance testing, operation, maintenance, etc. related to contract equipment.

2. We can send representatives to provide on-site technical services, guide the demander to carry out installation, partial trial operation, debugging, trial operation and performance testing according to our technical data, and be responsible for solving problems such as manufacturing quality and performance found during installation, debugging and trial operation of contract equipment.

3. If we have any modifications to the relevant technical service plan proposed by us and determined by both parties, we must notify the buyer in writing, and can only proceed after confirmation by the buyer. In order to adapt to the requirements of on-site conditions, the buyer has the right to propose changes or modifications and notify us in writing. We can give full consideration and try to meet the buyer's requirements.

4. We can assume overall responsibility for all supplies, equipment and technical interfaces, technical services, etc. related to the scope of this contract.

5. The technicians we send to serve on site are those with practical experience and are competent for this work. The buyer can propose to add or replace our on-site personnel who do not meet the requirements based on the work conditions of our on-site personnel. We add or re-select service personnel approved by the buyer without increasing the buyer's arbitrary expenses.

6. We can provide training on equipment installation, debugging, operation, inspection and maintenance to the owner's technical personnel in our manufacturing factory. As part of the training, we should provide appropriate manuals and other training materials. Training fees are included in the total contract price.
