Product Introduction

I. Product overview:

The HKPB high-gradient plate magnetic separator is a new type of high-gradient high-intensity magnetic separator. By optimizing and improving the traditional magnetic field lines and magnetization direction, the magnetic field strength on the entire plate surface reaches 15,000 - 18,000 GS, and the magnetic field lines cover the entire separation area. It can effectively process various weakly magnetic ores, especially manganese ore, hematite, limonite, and specularite. In the field of non-metallic minerals, it is mainly used to eliminate weak magnetic mechanical iron produced during crushing, screening and grinding. It can effectively reduce the iron content in potassium feldspar, fluorite, and quartz sand, increase whiteness, and improve product quality.


II. Technical characteristics:

1. The magnetic plate adopts 45M high-performance NdFeB magnetic block, which has the characteristics of large magnetic penetration depth and high coercive force. The magnetic block has a service life of more than 10 years, and the demagnetization rate of 8 years does not exceed 3%:

Two magnetic field strengths of 11000gs and 12000gs(annular belt surface) can be designed according to the user's on-site needs. 11000gs is generally used for the middle section of the iron removal process for high-purity products. The latter section needs to be configured with an electromagnetic vertical ring magnetic separator or an electromagnetic slurry machine for further iron removal. 12000gs can be used for terminal iron removal of ordinary materials:
3. The abandoned iron endless belt adopts PU polyurethane type, and its service life is 1.5 - 2 times that of PVC endless belt. The side ribs of the endless belt are replaced with large S-shaped or straight edge type, which can effectively prevent the entrainment of materials and avoid unnecessary waste.
4. Guide grooves are installed inside the drive roller and the endless belt, which can effectively prevent the endless belt from deviating, rippling and even tearing. The surface of the flat plate is smoother, which has a strong iron removal effect and extends the service life of the endless belt;
5. The transmission part adopts a first-line brand with nationwide warranty and a lower mechanical failure rate.
6. All stainless steel shell extends service life and effectively prevents secondary pollution of materials.


III. Working principle:

The high-gradient flat plate magnetic separator adopts a belt separation structure. The material can be magnetically stirred multiple times in the entire working area from feeding to discharging. At the same time, under the washing effect of water flow, the non-magnetic tailings are removed. The magnetic minerals are transported to the demagnetization area of the plate separator by the belt, so that the magnetic minerals are removed through the demagnetization device to complete the mineral processing process. The whole machine has low power, large processing, high magnetic field strength, and good quality. Greater benefits can be obtained.
