The HKPB high-gradient plate magnetic separator is a new type of high-gradient high-intensity magnetic separator. By optimizing and improving the traditional magnetic field lines and magnetization direction, the magnetic field strength on the entire plate surface reaches 15,000 - 18,000 GS, and the magnetic field lines cover the entire separation area. It can effectively process various weakly magnetic ores, especially manganese ore, hematite, limonite, and specularite. III. Working principle:
The high-gradient flat plate magnetic separator adopts a belt separation structure. The material can be magnetically stirred multiple times in the entire working area from feeding to discharging. At the same time, under the washing effect of water flow, the non-magnetic tailings are removed. The magnetic minerals are transported to the demagnetization area of the plate separator by the belt, so that the magnetic minerals are removed through the demagnetization device to complete the mineral processing process.
